Instructions for Camera Ready Paper (CRP)
Before submitting the final camera paper, kindly review the following:
1. Should the camera-ready paper have a plagiarism score of less than 20%, please ensure this.
2. All of the figures and tables have captions and are numbered appropriately.
3. All of the paper’s figures and tables are properly cited throughout the text. (It is imperative that all figures and tables be referenced within the text.)
4. The paper’s title, the authors’ names, affiliations, and the spacing and detail are all accurate.
5. Before the abstract, the associated author’s email address is given.
6. The title should accurately summarize the paper’s substance.
7. The name and affiliations of the author(s) are listed in the correct sequence (do not add the author’s title, such as lecturer, professor, research researcher, student, etc.).
8. Avoid using prefixes like Dr., Mr., and so on when referring to authors.
9. Please make sure the paper is well-written and close attention.
10. The paper’s body references are cited in accordance with the IOP template.
11. The suggested approach has been outlined in detail.
12. The article has a strong organizational structure.
13. The publication includes all of its graphs and illustrations in high-quality resolution.
14. Equation editor software is used to type all of the equations.
15. The reference list follows the correct format. This is crucial because many of the papers we found had the incorrect format.
16. Avoid including the biography of the author(s) at the conclusion of the work.
17. Throughout the paper, please refrain from using first-person pronouns like I, we, us, and extra.
18. Do not mention the associated Institute or centre or the co-authors in the acknowledgment section.
The camera-ready documents in Microsoft Office Word document must be sent as soon as possible to the same email address. The (name of)publication office WILL NOT ACCEPT OTHER camera-ready print formats, such as PDF on its own. If the paper was written in Latex, it will still be approved in PDF format as long as the camera-ready paper’s PDF version adheres closely to the template.
